HCB YACHTS SEAWALL CONSTRUCTION
Jan 16, 2026
Client: DS Investments
Location: HCB Yachts Repair Facility
Materials: 20ft Vanguard HD Sheets | 36" x 24" Concrete Seawall Cap
The Challenge
A yacht repair facility handles some of the most valuable vessels on the water. The existing shoreline needed a robust, commercial-grade solution capable of withstanding constant water pressure and heavy activity. The goal was to provide long-term stabilization for DS Investments that could support the industrial demands of the HCB Yachts operations.
Our Solution
As experienced marine contractors we installed 230 linear feet of Vanguard HD (Heavy Duty) vinyl sheet piling. This material was chosen for its superior corrosion resistance and structural integrity in harsh marine environments.
To ensure the wall remains immovable under the weight of the upland facility and repair equipment, we engineered the system with:
-
A Massive 36'' x 24'' Concrete Seawall Cap: Providing a clean, industrial-strength finish and additional structural support.
-
Deadman Anchoring System: Advanced tie-back placement to ensure the wall stays plumb and secure against soil pressure for decades to come.
The Result
The finished seawall provides HCB Yachts with a stabilized, high-performance perimeter. By using Vanguard HD sheets and a reinforced anchoring system, we delivered a maintenance-free solution that protects the facility’s shoreline and the multi-million dollar assets it services.
